Participants are welcome to bring in dishes, small metal outdoor tables, cleaned skulls, or hot plates to mosaic as well as broken pottery or glass that they'd like to incorporate into their pieces. Participants will spend the day outdoors at beautiful Brewery Flats, while local artist and longtime LAC instructor Tobie Liedes guides the group through plein air painting techniques. Class will meet at the Turner Center, spend the morning together preparing their work with sketches and reference photos and complete their works independently at brewery flats throughout the afternoon.
