In this three-part workshop series, participants will learn about the health benefits of safe, tonic herbs and get hands-on experience making their own herbal creations including creating an herbal infusion, a botanically infused facial mask, and nutritious adaptogen treats. These workshops are meant to bring meaningful experience and knowledge of herbs into everyday life through easy, traditional recipes, interesting stories & facts, and personal creations that nourish, rejuvenate and support the body while cultivating positivity and peace in the mind and inspiration in the heart. Participants will also engage the body’s sensory organs to obtain a deeper understanding of the quality of the herbs & constituents within them.
Cost is $15 for each class or $30 for all three classes. All materials are provided except as indicated in class descriptions below. Pre-registration is required, please stop by the Art Center to sign up and pay course fees.
